Reclaim Hosting isn’t a normal hosting company.
Hosting is traditionally a very technical and inaccessible field. At Reclaim Hosting, we’re working to make web hosting easy and approachable to everyone, and that radiates through everything we do. Our company and the community we’ve helped cultivate around it is meant to be friendly and fun, and our attitude should never feel superior or smug.
Teach first, web hosting second.
We strongly abide by the “teach a person to fish” metaphor. Whether troubleshooting a support ticket or working internally with another Reclaim team member, we always encourage learning & growth.
Transparency is key.
We’ve found that open communication is one of the best ways to stay productive in a small business work environment. We’re always checking in, staying honest, and keeping in tune with upcoming events, changes, and projects that others are working on.
Consensus is not mandatory for productivity.

Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist, Part-Time
This is a part-time, entry-level position with room to expand your skill sets in cPanel administration, content management software, general customer experience with the possibility of becoming a full-time position for the right person! The ideal candidate for this position works well independently but is not afraid to ask questions, has critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities, and must have excellent written communication skills.
