Reclaim Hosting
Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower everyone to take control of their digital identity.

Reclaim Hosting provides educators and institutions with an easy way to offer their students domains and web hosting that they own and control. We encourage users to have an authentic and personal relationship with the technology they use. Our core values guide our strategies and individual actions so that we create a company whose character is as radical as our product.

Our Beliefs

At Reclaim Hosting we agree to a set of core values that help guide how we work, play, and problem solve together. If these resonate with you, there just might be an open position with your name on it.

Reclaim Hosting isn’t a normal hosting company.
Hosting is traditionally a very technical and inaccessible field. At Reclaim Hosting, we’re working to make web hosting easy and approachable to everyone, and that radiates through everything we do. Our company and the community we’ve helped cultivate around it is meant to be friendly and fun, and our attitude should never feel superior or smug.

Teach first, web hosting second.
We strongly abide by the “teach a person to fish” metaphor. Whether troubleshooting a support ticket or working internally with another Reclaim team member, we always encourage learning & growth.

Transparency is key.
We’ve found that open communication is one of the best ways to stay productive in a small business work environment. We’re always checking in, staying honest, and keeping in tune with upcoming events, changes, and projects that others are working on.

Consensus is not mandatory for productivity.
Reclaim Hosting is a well-oiled machine, always playing on the strengths and weaknesses of our team members. We always strive to provide a safe space to disagree, ask questions, and take risks.

Go the extra mile.
While we don’t micro-manage at Reclaim Hosting, all team members are expected to go above and beyond to figure out how they can make the largest impact within their role.
